I've been in the army for about 400 days. As time passes, my status in this society has ascended, and new recruits who are my junior soldiers have joined our camp and office as navy software developers.
Life in this troop isn't as bad as I thought. When I hadn't enlisted in the military, I felt like being confined would be dreadful. It's kind of true, but I could learn some lessons from a collaborative community like this.
I had to enlist forcibly, but there are only 212 days left until I’m discharged. After this winter, I won't need to go through any more winters in the army. Winter in the army is harder than the other seasons. There are some ridiculous rules that prevent us from wearing warmer gloves. Furthermore, I have to move back and forth between several locations, such as the cafeteria and the office, on foot.
Some people say that summer isn't better than winter. The living place is so old that there are bug outbreaks in summer here. Anywhere, spring and fall are nice seasons to spend our days.
The more I spent my days in the army, the better my understanding of this place became. I know all the superiors in my workplace and living area, and vice versa. They treat me as a senior soldier.
One of my New Year's resolutions was to apply to and join the company I targeted as my goal during navy boot camp. Recently, I prepared a resume. Since I have been managing my portfolio continuously, it wasn't too hard to organize the contents.
It's often hard to believe that I'm about two-thirds of the way to discharge. Looking back on the previous days, I can barely figure out who I've been living with in this room. In this daily routine, I couldn't help but establish some study habits. Repeatedly, I pushed myself to do things like English study, development, and so on. It has helped me sustain my life without burnout.
By the time there are about a hundred days left until discharge, I'd probably feel somewhat different sensations and have different thoughts. I'm excited about that, even if it's somewhat more negative than my attitude today.
